Hey there, I've met George and his wife on many occasions! I actually worked with his wife for a while at a movie theater near their home. :)
In fact, I found out she was George's wife when I started yakking about comics to a co-worker. She said 'UGH. Comics' and I asked her if she didn't like comics or something, and she said 'My husband draws comics, George Perez. Ever heard of him?' My jaw dropped.
And he and she would come into the Suncoast where I worked a lot over the next couple years. George is a super nice guy.
